根據(jù)批復(fù)的濟(jì)南水穩(wěn)砼底基層配合比確定各種材料的比例，采用拌合機(jī)進(jìn)行拌合。拌合前先檢測(cè)場(chǎng)內(nèi)各規(guī)格集料的含水率，并計(jì)算當(dāng)天的施工配合比，實(shí)際生產(chǎn)配合比的拌和含水率應(yīng)較佳含水率大于0.5%～1%，以補(bǔ)償攤鋪及碾壓過程中的水分損失。
